Refund policy

At Oluremi Skin Care, we are committed to providing high-quality products formulated for sensitive skin. Please review our policy prior to placing your order.

RETURNS (UNOPENED ITEMS)

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

- Item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging  

- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery  

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Return Details:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable  

EXCHANGES (LIGHTLY USED ITEMS):

We understand that skincare is personal. If a product does not work for you, we offer exchanges on lightly used items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

- Item must be no more than 20–25% used  

- Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery  

- Proof of purchase is required  

Exchanges will be assessed before approval  as store credit only, and credit is issued. 

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

We do not accept:

- Products that are more than 25% used  

- Empty containers  

- Items returned outside of the 14-day window  

- Products not purchased directly from Oluremi Skin Care 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

- Clear photos of the product  

- Photos of the packaging  

Once approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue store credit.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds to original forms of payment. All approved returns and exchanges are issued as store credit only.
