1. Use gentle Fragrance free cleansers avoid foaming types that strip the skin.
2. Try cleansers with soothing ingredients like aloe cucumber, chamomile, and oatmeal.
3. Use lukewarm water Not Hot water, hot water breaks down your skin barrier and worsens sensitivity.
4. Use a hydrating balancing toner.
5. Apply moisturizer immediately after
(while skin is still damp) to lock in hydration.
6. Avoid products with alcohol, synthetic fragrance or essential oils which can irritate skin.
7. Patch test everything new. Apply small amount behind your ear or wrist and wait 24 to 48 hours
8. Use one product at a time so you can pinpoint any irritation.
